Thank you for visiting my profile. This should give you a basic idea about who I am as a person.
I am a 4th year Ph.D. candidate in conservation criminology in Fisheries and Wildlife Department at Michigan State University. My research focus is on wildlife crime issues like wildlife poaching and smuggling of wildlife products. I am also pursuing a Graduate Certification in Gender Justice and Environmental Change. Before moving to Michigan, I was working as a tiger researcher during my Masters at University of Massachusetts in Amherst.
I am an easy going, level-headed, and social human being with a good sense of humor. My views are liberal and I identify as a feminist.
For my physical well-being, I practice martial arts and weapons, and visit the gym regularly. As time permits, I enjoy going for hiking and trekking. My ideal vacation includes exploring the wilderness with friends and family. To stay mentally fit, I listen to music (ghazals), direct theater plays, and learn about tarot cards. On a regular weekend, you can find me watching NFL games, or playing pool and board games with my folks, bowling, gun shooting, and practicing archery.
I love animals. My Labrador, Neo is the first love of my life.
My ideal match should be an educated, liberal, and ambitious woman. It is imperative that she is easy going, social and has a good sense of humor. I am looking for someone who is both family oriented and career oriented. Being an outdoor person is a plus!
